Return & Refund Policy

At Neo Forged Performance LLC, we take pride in crafting premium, made-to-order performance parts. Because many of our products are custom-built to specification, we have a strict return and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom and made-to-order items (including wheels, seats, and other special builds) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.

Cancellations requests must be made within the first 72 hours of purchase and must be approved, cancelations after 72 hours are acceptable but are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Cancellations requested after 14 days of purchase cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
2. In-Stock Products

In-stock, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

All shipments should be inspected upon delivery.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or provide store credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:

Custom or made-to-order products

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accidents
5. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, less any restocking fees, within 7–10 business days.
