At Neo Forged Performance LLC, we take great care in packaging and shipping your products to ensure safe delivery. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.
1. Order Processing

Made-to-Order Items: Many of our products (including custom wheels and seats) are built to order. Standard build times range from 3–8 weeks, depending on production schedules.

In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is processed.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight companies for larger items.

Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.

We reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipping method based on your order size, weight, and location.
3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery address.

Large items (wheels, seats, big brake kits, etc.) may ship via freight services and require curbside delivery.
4. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

Neo Forged is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance or international transit issues.
5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on product type and destination. Estimated timelines:

Made-to-Order Items: 3–8 weeks build time + transit time

In-Stock Items: 3–7 business days transit time (domestic)

International Orders: 1–3 weeks transit time after dispatch

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All orders are insured. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Lost or stolen packages must be reported immediately to both Neo Forged and the shipping carrier. We will assist in filing a claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement until the claim is resolved.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Neo Forged is not responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
