At 35 years old, Lee’s story is the definition of resilience.
He started racing at just 8 years old on dirt bikes, became a sponsored rider, and by 16 was racing cars—eventually competing in everything from Harleys to sport bikes.
In August 2020, everything changed.
A devastating motorcycle accident after a car pulled out in front of him left Lee fighting for his life. He died twice and was brought back. What followed were years of brutal recovery, constant infections, and a body that simply didn’t want to heal.
But racers don’t quit.
In 2024, Lee met his wife, and together they bought a C6 Corvette with one mission: get back to racing. As self-taught mechanics, they’ve built the car themselves, pouring over $20,000 into transforming it into a serious drag car.
In April 2025, Lee made his comeback at LS Fest West—and hasn’t looked back since.
Now backed by multiple sponsors and preparing to learn how to walk again after 6 long years, Lee proves that limitations are often just the starting line.
His wife gave him a reason to fight. Racing gave him purpose again.
