Refund policy

CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCT AGREEMENT (LEGALLY BINDING)

By purchasing from Neo Forged Performance, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Nature of Product

All seats sold are custom, made-to-order items manufactured specifically per the customer’s request. These items are not pre-manufactured, resellable goods and are considered final sale once production begins.

2. 72-Hour Cancellation Policy (Strict Enforcement)

Customers are permitted to request a cancellation within 72 hours of purchase only.

  • After 72 hours, the order is irrevocably released into production

  • Materials are sourced, and labor is allocated specifically to your order

  • The order cannot be canceled without penalty

3. Mandatory 35% Restocking Fee

Any cancellation request submitted after the 72-hour window will incur a non-negotiable 35% restocking fee.

This fee is not a penalty, but a recovery of:

  • Custom materials purchased

  • Labor and production time

  • Manufacturing allocation and scheduling losses

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that:

  • The 35% fee is fair, reasonable, and enforceable

  • You waive the right to dispute this fee as “unauthorized” or “unfair”

4. No Returns, Refunds, or Chargeback Justification

All made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

The following are NOT valid reasons for disputes, chargebacks, or claims:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Misunderstanding of production or shipping timelines

  • Delays caused by manufacturing, global logistics, customs, or freight carriers

  • Minor cosmetic or material variations inherent to handcrafted/custom products

Any dispute filed under these conditions will be considered fraudulent misuse of buyer protection policies.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason that violates this policy

  • You understand that filing a dispute in contradiction to these terms constitutes breach of contract

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

  • We will provide this agreement, timestamps, and order records as evidence

  • We reserve the right to contest the dispute to the fullest extent

  • We reserve the right to pursue collection, legal recovery, and damages, including associated fees

6. Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Production time: approximately 4–6 weeks

  • Free/economy shipping is conducted via sea freight

  • No live tracking is available while items are in transit overseas

  • Tracking is only provided once items arrive in the United States and clear customs

Delays related to shipping, customs, or global logistics are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or disputes.

7. Product Disclaimer

All seats are aftermarket products manufactured by Neo Forged Performance and are designed to resemble certain styles. They are not affiliated with or manufactured by any OEM brand.

8. Explicit Agreement & Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above

  • You acknowledge this is a custom, non-refundable transaction

  • You accept the 72-hour cancellation policy and 35% restocking fee

  • You agree that this policy serves as binding evidence in any payment dispute
