Neo Forged Return & Cancellation Policy
At Neo Forged, every product is built with precision and attention to detail to meet the specific needs of our automotive enthusiasts. Due to the nature of our custom and made-to-order products, we maintain the following return and cancellation policy:
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom-built or made-to-order items (including seats, wheels, and specialty components) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all specifications and details are correct before placing your order.
Order Cancellations

Cancellations within 14 days of purchase are permitted but will incur a $199 restocking/processing fee. This fee covers administrative costs and production scheduling already underway.

Cancellations after 14 days of purchase are not allowed under any circumstances, as your order will already be in active production or material allocation.
We appreciate your understanding—each order is custom-built to your specifications and not eligible for resale.
Returns on Non-Custom Items
If an item is not custom or made-to-order and is eligible for return, it must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
